These are Things You Need to Know, Kemenkumham Announces Final Results of CPNS
ChannelRakyat. The Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham) announces the final results of the recruitment of prospective civil servants or CPNS 2018. This announcement was delivered through an official letter numbered SEK.KP.02.01-1072 on the official website of the CPNS Kemenkumham. In the letter mentioned, participants who passed the final selection consisted of two categories.
First, the participant who fulfills the requirements on the announcement and affidavit signed on the stamp and follows all the stages of the selection. Second, participants who meet the best rank according to the formation that has been determined, based on the results of integration of basic competency selection (SKD) and field competency selection (SKB) conducted by the national selection committee. Applicants who pass the final selection are required to make a repeat submission by inputting data before re-filing on the page cpns.kemenkumham.go.id on December 14-17 2018.
In addition, participants are also required to complete and bring the prescribed requirements documents on Friday, until Monday at 09.00-15.00 (local time) and at 09.00-14.00 (on Saturday and Sunday local time). The Ministry of Law and Human Rights emphasized that if the participants did not complete the data and documents within the given period, the participants would be declared null or resigned.

The following are the details: 1. The application letter is addressed to the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia in Jakarta which is handwritten in black ink or ballpoint and has a stamp of Rp. 6,000 and is signed by the person concerned. The date of the letter is the same as the date the letter was sent to the PO. BOX or uploaded at the administration selection stage (original triplicate). 2. A copy of the diploma and transcripts of educational values that are used as the basis for registering (triplicate legalized). For high school graduates the equivalent is legalized by the relevant Principal, Head of Division / Head of Sub-Department / Sub-Division Head or the same level and competent in the District / City Ministry of Religion Education and Office. For D-III graduates, accredited State / Private Universities are legalized by the Program Director, Dean, Chair.
For S1 or D-IV graduates of State / Private accredited colleges, the Chancellor, Dean, Assistant Dean I for Academic Affairs, Chair, Deputy Chairperson, Academic Affairs. For graduates of accredited State / Private Universities, they are legalized by the Chancellor, Dean, Assistant Dean I for Academic Affairs, Chairperson, Deputy Chairperson for Academic Affairs.
3. The equalization letter from the committee for evaluating the foreign diploma of the ministry that organizes government affairs in the field of education, applies specifically to diplomas obtained from overseas schools / colleges (triplicate legalized).
4. Curriculum vitae, handwritten with a capital letter using black ink or ballpoint, and a stamp of Rp. 6,000 (triplicate) original. The date of the curriculum vitae is the same as the date of the application letter.
Curriculum vitae can be downloaded on the cpns.kemenkumham.go.id site. 5. "Super 5 point" statement letter, stamped with Rp. 6,000 and signed using black ink. 6. "Super 7 point" statement letter, typed and given a stamp of Rp. 6,000 and signed using black ink. The date is made the same as the date of the application letter. This letter can be downloaded at the cpns.kemenkumham.go.id website. Original triplicate letter.
7. Police records issued by the Resort Police / Regional Police which are still valid until 31 December 2018 (original and two photocopies that are legalized).
8. Physical health certificate from the latest government hospital doctor and must be signed by a doctor. The date of the letter is still in December 2018 (original and two photocopies).
9. A spiritual or mental health certificate from the latest government hospital psychiatry unit and must be signed by a psychiatrist. The date of the letter is still in December (original and two photocopies).
10. The certificate does not consume or use narcotics, psychotropic substances, precursors and other addictive substances from the latest government hospitals, signed by the doctor and attach laboratory results. The date of the letter is still in December 2018 (original and two photocopies).
11. Pas 3x4 photos with a red background of 10 sheets. The name and date of birth are written on the back of the photo.
12. Identity Card (KTP) which is still in use or a certificate has made recording of e-KTP from the Population and Civil Registration Service (three photocopies).
13. A triple application is entered in the stopmap according to the education qualification. For master, Bachelor-level, D-IV graduates are included in a green color map.
D-III graduates are included in the yellow color map. For high school graduates put in a red color map. On the outside of the map is given a description of the name, place and date of birth, exam number, position proposed, education, current address, mobile number that is easily contacted, and email address.
